Bright Beginnings: Crown Asia Launches the Designer Series

By: Crown Asia

Crown Asia Properties, Inc., a leading home developer catering to the middle-income market, unveiled its latest home series, called The Designer Series, last April 13, 2016, at the Villar Sipag Urban Farm in Cavite.

“Our new home series are made to fit our customer’s lifestyle, instead of the other way around,” said Ms. Leni Luya, the Chief Operation Officer of Crown Asia. “With these homes, we are empowering our customers and giving them an opportunity to be creative and design their own space.”

The Designer Series adopt open-space plans. Therefore the customers have the freedom to design the layout or create spaces based on their needs and wants.

Whether they are a big family and need more rooms, or just a single individual enjoying his independence, the open space plans may accommodate their needs.

“Crown Asia is about making it easy for our customers to achieve their dream homes in a prized location,” added Ms. Luya. “Therefore, we have also partnered with AllHome and Optimum Bank to assist in building and financing their designer home.”

Crown Asia tapped its sister companies, AllHome, the one-stop-shop for home essentials, and Optimum Bank, to provide designer packages, which will assist the customers in building and financing their designer homes. Some packages even include all appliances, furniture, and fixtures to provide a worry-free experience wherein customers will just move into their dream homes.

“This whole new concept is about promoting a healthy lifestyle by simplifying one’s personal settings,” described Ms. Luya. “These are spaces where you feel balanced, relaxed, stimulated, and comfortable.” The Launch of the Designer Series is the first of several programs lined up by Crown Asia that aims to promote the personal well-being of its customers. “From the moment you step into our properties, you will feel a sense of a healthy environment wherein individuals are nurtured. You become relaxed as you leave behind the stress of work and traffic,” emphasized Ms. Luya. “This sense of serenity and well-being stays with you all the way into your new home. Now that you designed your house based on what is important to you.”
