Established as a city way back in July 2004, it has since lived up to its potential as a leader in growth and modernization among the prominent cities in the Philippines. After a solemn prayer, take a stroll at the city plaza of Sta. Rosa where there is a statue of the country’s national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. The city plaza is located just outside of the parish church and is a common landmark when traveling to and from the city proper.
