1) Set a schedule.

2) Know who you work well with.

Common misconception: this doesn’t mean you’re a social butterfly or a loner. It’s meant to indicate whether you draw energy from being around people or from getting some downtime alone.
Now that you know whether you’re a people person or a lone ranger when it comes to productivity, stick to it. You might work better with a group or you might get much more done when you’re alone in the office with your paperwork, materials, or books. But once you know who you work well with, or with whom you don’t, the concentration will be a step closer.
A common trick you can use when you want to be left alone and do things quietly is to use a pair of headphones. Pick one with active noise cancellation so that no outside sound or chatter would be heard. You don’t even need to play some music. This is debatable. However, either way, it means that dead silence is counterproductive.

4) Sleep.

5) Take a break.
Reward yourself for all your hard work. Spending too much time doing the same thing can actually be counterproductive since you’re overloading your mind with restless, heavy information. Let that brain of yours rest.
