As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your primary focus will be on selling upscale properties and real estate projects to discerning clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Upscale market.
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for luxury residential properties and real estate projects.
– Recruit, Lead, manage, and motivate a team of high-performing sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales goals.
– Identify and cultivate relationships with potential high net-worth clients, brokers, agents, and other strategic partners to generate leads and drive sales.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns to support sales efforts.
– Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
– Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales achievements, and future sales projections.
– Must meet sales quota monthly.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
– Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in real estate, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– In-depth knowledge and understanding of the upscale real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
– Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering a premium experience to high net-worth clients.
– Proficiency in sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

– Flexibility to travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and property viewings
