Going to Tagaytay

But aside from taking a personal vehicle, you can also ride a bus, taxi, or van. But basically, here are the different ways how to travel from Metro Manila to Tagaytay City.
By Car
If you are using a private vehicle, you can either pass through South Luzon Expressway, Cavite-Laguna Expressway, Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Tagaytay-Calamba Road, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, or Emilio Aguinaldo Highway. The former is much faster than the latter, however, there will be tolls ahead. Once you reach the Tagaytay Rotunda, you’ll know that you’re in Tagaytay.
By Bus
If you are traveling by bus, you can either go to Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) where there are buses bound directly to Tagaytay, or start from the Buendia Bus Terminal which will pass by the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and you will have to ride a bus that is bound for Nasugbu or Calatagan, Batangas.
By Van
There are several terminals for vans going to Tagaytay. One is in Alabang Terminal near Festival Mall, Calatagan Van Terminal, and at Starmall EDSA–Shaw across SM Megamall.
