In accordance with LRMC, the overall progress rate reached 88% during this period. The key stations (that are further discussed below) include Redemptorist Station, MIA Station, Asia World Station, Ninoy Aquino Station, and Dr. Santos Station, with a record completion rate ranging from 54.6% to 71.1%.

The project remains on track for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024. Redemptorist Station, located southbound after the existing Baclaran Station, has made considerable progress with a completion rate of 59.8% as of June 2023. MIA Station

As the station nearest to the airport, the MIA Station holds great importance for travelers and commuters alike. As of June 2023, it has attained a completion rate of 66.8%. Notable developments include the installation of roof sheeting and a fire pump, bringing it one step closer to being operational.

Asia World Station

The Asia World Station will provide a convenient transfer point for commuters connecting to other modes of transportation, particularly the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). Dr. Santos Station, the final station in Phase 1 of the project, has registered a completion rate of 71.1% as of June 2023. The installation of the fire pump, transformer, and escalator during the reporting period indicates substantial progress toward its completion.
