As a Sales Manager you will be supervises real estate sales agents and builds a strong sales team to surround them including buyer’s agents and showing assistants. Sales Managers will mentor their sales team to success. To manage the agents properly, managers need to understand how to motivate, and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer’s agent, who should be committed to putting their clients first, and winning leads.
Key Job Responsibilities
– Sales Forecasting, Sales information management, targets and updates;
– Developing sales and coverage strategy to meet sales and profit targets
– Have in-depth understanding on Upscale Market and its trends
– Lead and develop effective sales and coverage strategy based on the market trend and customer understanding
– Constantly think of creative new ways to maintain and expand his/her sales team
– Developing healthy relationships with clients/customers
– Consistently delivers his/her monthly quota
Job Requirements
– Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Business Course
– At least with proven track record as a Sales Manager in Real Estate Industry
– With strong analytical and communication skills and expert in Lead Generation
– Has the ability to evaluate and balance teams through effective management and organizational skills
